1. Who we are

RadiantHealth (the "App") is operated by Media Nordic ApS, Belvedere 43, 5700 Svendborg, Denmark ("we", "us").

2. What we provide

The App delivers AI-powered health and fitness insights, coaching, and integrations with third-party services (e.g. Strava, Oura).

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, disrupt other users, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Medical disclaimer

Radiant Health is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All content — including AI-generated coaching, health scores, readiness assessments, supplement suggestions, and training recommendations — is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

If you are under medical care, pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen based on App recommendations.

6. Third-party services

If you connect third-party services, their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

7. Subscriptions & fees

If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be displayed in-app. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

8. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights to the App and content. You receive a limited, personal license to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or law. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for health outcomes based on the App's recommendations.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use means acceptance.
