Guide

Get a morning briefing from your Oura ring

Your Oura ring already knows how you slept and where your readiness is. Here's how to turn that into a daily plan that pushes or backs off depending on the numbers.

Step 1 — Connect Oura (60 seconds)

Sign in to Radiant Health, head to Data Sources, tap Connect Oura. The OAuth flow runs in your browser. We pull your historical sleep, readiness and HRV. No data leaves Oura beyond what the official API exposes.

Step 2 — Pick a goal

The same recovery number means different things if your goal is fat loss vs strength vs marathon performance. Telling the coach matters.

Step 3 — Choose your briefing time

The default is 07:00 local time. Move it earlier if you train before work, later if you don't want to wake to a push. The scheduler handles your timezone automatically.

Step 4 — Read the briefing

Each morning we read your last night's sleep score, HRV, readiness, plus your recent training load. The briefing answers four questions: what's your readiness, what session is appropriate, what nutrition / supplement nudge applies, and what to back off on.

What if Oura is offline?

The coach is multi-source. If we don't have a fresh Oura night, we fall back to Garmin, Health Connect or whichever provider has the most recent reading, with a confidence flag on the briefing.
